The AGS WL-150 water switch leak finder is designed to prevent catastrophic flooding, damage to floorings and walls by quickly detecting water leaks. The built in isolated 5amp SPDT relay changes state in alarm and provides a N.O. and N.C latching output.

Making the WL-150 perfect for air handler / water heater or home automation controls. The 6ft 5 core cable provides the power and relay connections and is plenum rated, ideal for installation in drop ceilings in hospitals, schools and airports.

Water detection is via two electrodes protruding from the base of the sensor, the resistance between to two is made possible by the presence of moisture.
