Overview
Water leak zonal monitoring controller with up to 32 zones. This product includes four smart IO modules with a total of 32 x UI and 24 x Digital outputs c/w NFC communications with setup and a display screen for system indications and water leak location monitoring (per meter). Bacnet IP, MS/TP or Modbus RTU output, SMS and email alert included.

AGS have a wide range of sizes and water leak rope types available, from small 3ft alarm only to large 200ft+ 4 core rope. Each water leak rope can be connected either directly to the zonal water leak system or for larger projects, to the pre-assembled slave controllers.

Shielded Water Leak Location Monitoring For Water Pipes
Overview
The AGSSPLRP has been designed specifically for pipe applications with external shielded outing to block electromagnetic interference. When paired with an AGS leak location monitoring controller, the AGSPLRP can identify a water leak per 3ft of rope and report the location to the controller.

Overview
AGS offers the AGSWLM, a permanent water leak detection system designed for both standalone use and integration into larger multi-zone detection networks. The system utilizes AGS pucks and sensing cables for accurate leak detection, and can be complemented with water solenoid valves and electric ball valves for enhanced control.

Air Velocity Transmitters with Multiple Ranges
Overview
The 0-10m/s version offers 2 selectable ranges (0-5m/s and 0-10m/s) and the 0-28m/s version offers 3 selectable ranges (0-15m/s, 0-20m/s and 0-28m/s) scaled across a 0-10V with 4-20mA output. The transmitter is zero calibrated at the touch of a button. There is also the option for an IP65 rated enclosure.

Overview
These high accuracy sensors are supplied with a combined temperature output, either 0-10V or 4-20mA depending on the humidity output. The sensors are also fitted with a 10K3 thermistor fitted as standard with other resistive outputs available on request.

What length of detection wire can I run off a single controller?
Our water leak cables have been tested to detect water at any point along a MILE of rope.
Is there a product to have distance readout for the leak?
Yes, the ZWLM paired with any of our 4 core water leak cables has the capability to locate and communicate the water leak location per 3ft of cable. This system will provide a visual display of the alarm, communicate this through Bacnet IP and store this for data logging.
I need a simple switch that will communicate to the BMS of a leak, what would be best?
The WL-100 is a basic relay device that activates upon detecting water, making it ideal for sending leak alerts to a BMS or other building automation systems.
Can the WLM shut off a solenoid valve and communicate with a BMS?
The WLM is equipped with three on-board relays, enabling it to shut off a solenoid valve and communicate directly with a Building Management System (BMS).
