AGS offers advanced solutions for drug testing laboratories, designed to ensure regulatory compliance and reliable control of utilities. Our AGS Timed Water Controller (AGSTWC) is ideal for drug testing labs, providing a timed supply of water through a Drug Testing Lab Solenoid to meet Department of Transportation (DOT) 49 CFR 40.43 – Subpart D requirements. This system offers selectable time-out functions (30 min, 1 hr, 2 hrs, or 3 hrs) via internal dip switches, and a front LED that flashes to indicate when the timer is about to expire.

The Drug Testing Water Control solution is housed in a durable polycarbonate enclosure for enhanced protection. The AGSTWC ensures a timed water supply and incorporates a panic shutdown feature, with a reset function that automatically restores the timed supply after an emergency shutdown.

Additionally, AGS also manufacture the Merlin 500S panel, which provides an effective way to isolate any utility in the lab, using a key switch or an emergency EPO button. Fully supported by our technical team, this panel is compatible with remote emergency stop terminals and can be integrated with building management and fire alarm systems. Covered by a 3-year warranty, the 500S is an excellent isolation panel for drug testing labs, combining ease of installation with minimal maintenance.
