GDP2X Hydrogen System

Up To 8 Remote Detectors

AGS GDP2X Hydrogen System

The AGS GDP2X is a 8 zone detection panel. Up to 8 detectors can be used in any combination and can be individually monitored on the GDP2X TFT display.

The AGS GDP2X has a touch screen which displays two modes, the engineers mode and the user mode. A settings dip switch inside the controller allows the engineer/user to configure the system. When changes have been, the system will automatically restart once the settings switch is off.

The AGS GDP2X can be integrated with a BMS, mechanical ventilation, fire alarms and remote emergency buttons. Gas detectors are remote hardwired from the GDP2X panel. The GDP2X can activate remote audible alarm strobes in alarm through the designated 24VDC output. Liquid line solenoid valves and electrical contactors controlling appliances can also be shutdown in alarm.

AGS Hydrogen Gas Detectors

The AGSHTFT is a hydrogen gas semiconductor detector and is typically used as a standalone unit or in conjunction with an AGS controller. Hydrogen is lighter than air and will therefore rise, meaning the gas sensor should be mounted 1ft from the ceiling of the protected area. At detection, the detectors will go into alarm at 10% LEL. When connected to an AGS controller, built-in alarm relay outputs can be used to activate the power supply to a remote audible alarm, activate ventilation fans or shutdown battery chargers. This can then be rectified by resolving the leak, allowing the sensor head to clear and resetting the attached AGS panel and detector.
