AGS Commercial Kitchen Emergency Shutdown

This is your basic safety setup in a commercial kitchen to isolate gas in an emergency. An AGS emergency button will provide manual shutdown of the gas supply through a AGS gas solenoid valve. Once the emergency has been resolved, authorized personnel can then reset the gas supply by resetting the emergency button.
